As the lead contact for an active high school Performing Arts Department there is a great deal of work. I have found working with R & M Fundraising to be a very easy process. The sales representatives are knowledgeable and have worked with me to make the best choices for our fundraising needs. They were available to answer questions at all times. To whom it may concern, I am the treasurer for Troop 12 in Aurora, CO. I have had the privilege of working with R & M Fund Raising for the last 5 years. Our troop does 6 fund raisers every year. We do 3 scouting fund raisers and 3 others. The Cookie Dough Fund Raiser has been the most consistent and successful event over the last several years. The parents in the troop start asking about cookie dough in January every year. They are excited and willing to participate. They all tell me the products that Randy and Mike provide sell themselves. The quality is of the highest quality. The products are worth the price, even if they weren't part of a fund raiser. With my family, our friends buy every year and again ask us often when we are going to do the next Cookie Dough Fund Raiser.

Our troop doesn't take anything off of the top for this fund raiser. We allow all of the money raised to go to the Scout's accounts. We promote it as a way to help with the cost of Summer Camp. Last year we sold over $1,900 and our boys banked $758. This year we ran the promotion twice because so many parents wanted a second chance to sell. Our first run we sold over $3,800 and the boys banked $1,513. The second run we sold $1772 and banked $702.50. In the past two years we have had 12 boys put $90 or more into their accounts, 4 boys put $100 or more into their accounts and 2 boys put $200 or more into their accounts.

Mike Stroman did our second event this year and did a wonderful job. He is very professional and personable. He really connected with our boys and parents. He delivered the product on time and everyone was very happy with the event. Randy, Mike's partner, has done our events over the last 5 years and was fabulous. I have had the opportunity to work with Randy Pote for the past two years, and during this time, he has become one of our most reliable fundraising representatives. As owner of R & M Fund Raising, Randy is conscientious, and helpful in all aspects of the fundraising process.

Randy exhibits genuine concern for the students and schools he services. He will gladly speak to each of the Marketing and Business classes that will be participating in the fundraiser; he is precise and efficient in his message. After the fundraiser is complete, Randy will assist instructors in the tallying process and guarantees precise delivery dates. Randy personally delivers the product to the school, assists in the organization of each student’s order, and then waits until the students pick up each order. What is most amazing is that Randy will then get on the phone and call students who have not picked up their order. He truly takes all the busy work out of fundraising.

Randy is very easy to work with. After 25 years of fundraising, I appreciate a professional who will take care of every aspect of a fundraiser and not leave it to me to complete his/her job. Randy is organized, efficient, and loyal. Smoky Hill highly recommends R & M Fund Raising for any fundraising needs.

I am writing in regards to the exceptional service and assistance that I received from Randy Pote, owner of R & M Fund Raising. Randy approached me a few months ago about the 5th graders and Student Council representatives selling his frozen cookie dough as a fundraiser. He was prepared with plenty of information and answered all of the questions thoroughly. He even provided cookie samples for parents to try during Parent/Teacher Conferences. When Randy came in to kick off the fundraiser, he was very enthusiastic and got the students really excited and motivated to do their best. The students did do an excellent job and raised over $2000.

Randy was also great about helping me organize all of the paperwork and guiding me through the fundraiser process. I am a first-year teacher and knew absolutely nothing about pulling off a fundraiser process. Randy was incredibly patient and helped keep me calm and rational when things got stressful. His customer service skills are excellent and he is very dedicated to his product and his business.

I would definitely recommend contacting Randy if you wish to hold a fun, profitable fundraiser for your school or organization. I have already referred the school PTSO to him and they are planning to do the frozen cookie dough sale as a school-side fundraiser next year.

Bravo and Congratulations for such a fine fundraising campaign! Thanks for recognizing me at the Colorado Bandmasters and American String Teachers Conference this past summer. Wow, we go way back to Merrill Jr. High with Mr. B; you on tuba and me on the cello! I was so relieved with the success and ease of this high quality fundraising product. The students had a great time, and the administration, parents, and directors were equally appreciative. It was simple for the students with great incentives and the delivery was so easy! You made the organization between band, choir, and orchestra a director’s dream. Suzie Ritter, Rudy Royston and I were so appreciative of a simple cookie fundraiser while maintaining our rehearsal schedule. I really enjoyed the teamwork spirit!

Our reconnecting was perfect timing! The entire fundraiser was a great success this year with a great financial boost. We’re both in new programs doing what we do best! From one Colorado native to another – thank you for helping me start off in a financially secure way! Great product, easy to manage; the orchestra is so appreciative of having cookies to eat and a new budget.

We are so excited to be your first school to sell the Gourmet Quality Cookies as a fundraiser for our FCCLA/ProStart club at Grandview High School. It was exceptionally easy to engage the students in this fundraiser. The information was easy to understand in the letter and with all of the dates and information attached to the order form that made it so easy on the sponsor. We introduced the product to the students and set the stage as to who would be a likely prospect. Orders and money were taken at the time and several students sold over the 20 boxes. We had a good showing with 202 boxes ordered in 10 day’s time.

Randy, you are so organized, and the delivery was a breeze!! The timely delivery of the boxes and the methodical arrangement of the students’ orders were amazing. Each student checked the order with you and they were assured they received the correct orders.

I would highly recommend this fundraiser to anyone interested in a great product!!!

I have to tell everyone who will listen how amazing Randy and this fundraiser is. Selling cookie dough balls was easy, efficient, and profitable. Randy, R&M Fundraising and his team were very helpful, professional, and fun with my students. I can’t praise his process enough.

As a teacher, I am very strapped for time and with Randy, I was able to raise over $4,000 in three weeks of selling the product. I only had to collect forms and money, my parents tallied the orders, and R&M Fundraising completed the rest.

My students loved spinning the wheel for prizes and we had several laughs and close calls to the grand prize. I feel the whole process brought my classes closer together and more like a family striving for a common goal.
